Julien Bollati is an expert of infrastructure financing at the European Commission and he has 8 years of experience with the implementation of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Programme.

3 years ago he joined the Investment in High Capacity Network unit where he implements CEF in the field of submarine backbones with the objective to increase the resilience of the European digital networks.
